Ronny Lehrmann - Team Leader Material Supply - Logistics

What was your career path at Basler? I started as a specialist in warehouse logistics in March 2017. I took the initiative to apply for logistics, since a good friend recommended Basler to me as an employer. After various stations in logistics, I ended up in material supply, where I felt at home. A few months ago I got the chance to head a small team there, which I really enjoy.

You say that you feel at home in your team. That sounds great... Yes, definitely! We handle many different issues. It’s not a run-of-the-mill job, since you have to face new challenges every week for production to run smoothly. It’s never boring! :)

What was your most enjoyable experience at Basler? There isn’t one ultimate experience... Instead it’s a great occasion each time to experience that you’re on the same wavelength, having fun together and working on goals together. And we celebrate the achievements.

What do you tell your friends about Basler? I’ve been promoting Basler since I started here, because I think that it’s a fantastic company. Not just in terms of the work-life balance... When you want to develop and utilize your potential, then all doors are open to you here.
