The combination of new and innovative products optimized for NVIDIA hardware provide ideal solutions for a wide range of applications. In our demo at GTC, you could see how the ace 2 GMSL captures optimal images of moving packages. With the help of pylon AI software, the packets are recognized by segmentation and enabled for further processing steps. The DigitalTwin showed how the scene is realistically simulated in the Omniverse.

ace 2 GMSL - Camera for fast embedded vision systems

Our all-around talent, the Basler ace 2, was presented in the same small and compact design featuring a new interface. This makes it much easier to integrate into applications and enables faster commissioning of embedded systems. The "Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link"interface offers low and deterministic latency and enables demanding applications with high bandwidths for real-time decisions.

AI-supported object recognition and segmentation with pylon AI

Our new AI software, pylon AI, and its vTools are integrated into the pylon Software Suite - a software for all image processing applications, including: camera configuration, image acquisition, image processing, and image analysis. With the pylon AI vTools, AI-based image processing algorithms for segmentation, object recognition, and classification are at your disposal. Our demo showed how you can use pylon AI in conjunction with NVIDIA Jetson Orin processors to identify packages for further processing steps on a production line.
