To process your inquiry quickly and effectively, we ask you to describe your issue as precisely as possible. The following information - if applicable - would help us enormously:

  • Camera model, interface, operating system and version, hardware setup (network with several cameras connected to switch or directly to NIC? USB cameras connected to hub or directly to USB card?)
  • Programming language and development environment
  • If necessary, pylon log files and/or the affected source code.
  • Please do not post log files or large source code in the description box, because our system is limited to a specific number of characters. Please send an email with attachments to our customer service team.
  • Photos/sketches or example images which show the issue, and hints to reproduce the error.
