Our policies call for us to announce upcoming discontinuation events nine months ahead of the 'last time buy' opportunity for cameras. The 'last time shipment' opportunity for cameras is approx. three months after last time buy.
Thanks to our many years of experience - we have been active in the machine vision market since 1988 - we are able to assess the consequences of such a discontinuation. We therefore stock a certain amount of spare parts and have set ourselves the goal of providing technical support and carrying out repairs on cameras for three years after the 'last time buy' ('last time service'). However, due to unforeseen events, we may not be able to meet this deadline in all cases.
